For the past three years the Midwest African American Genealogy Institute (MAAGI) has provided an amazing learning experience for genealogists and researchers. MAAGI is an institute and not a genealogy conference. MAAGI has grown and has taken its place as a trusted educational and training institute. As the fourth year emerges, the Midwest African American Genealogy Institute is growing. It is open to all who have interest in African American genealogy research. You will increase your knowledge and skills that will help you with any genealogical research. For 2016, attendees will select a track in which they will immerse themselves in a core curriculum for three days with 12 different classes, guided by nationally recognized instructors. Visit the list of the 2016 faculty: http://www.maagiinstitute.org/faculty.html
